About me
Dr. Rebeca Peacock is an Assistant Professor in the Library and Information Science program. Her research examines online teaching and learning, with particular attention to engagement and motivation in digital learning environments. She also has a growing focus on AI literacy and metacognition, exploring how generative AI is shifting how we think about knowledge, information, and assessment. She holds an EdD in Instructional Design and Technology from Idaho State University and brings experience spanning K-12 education, academic librarianship, faculty development in online course design/instruction, continuous improvement, and programmatic assessment.
