About me
Dr. Mei Zhang is an assistant professor at the School of Library and Information Science at Simmons University. She has extensive teaching experience in different instructional modalities and has taught courses at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. Her research focuses on understanding the interaction between technology and information professionals in the scholarly publishing industry at the organizational and industrial levels. Her recent research projects include a content analysis of journals’ AI policies across disciplines and a scoping review of studies on using peer-reviewed scholarly content to train GenAI models.
