Marcia A. Mardis, panelist, is the Dr. Elfreda A. Chatmon Professor of Information and Director of the FSU Information Institute. Her over two decades of research, teaching, and service in community and educational informatics include leading five federally funded research projects about Florida’s natural disasters and public libraries.
