About me
Adam Eric Berkowitz is a PhD candidate at The University of Alabama’s School of Library & Information Studies. His research focuses on the impacts of generative AI on society by analyzing human-AI interactions through ethical, critical, and legal theoretical frameworks, often using the arts as a vehicle for discussion. He earned his MA in library and information science from the University of South Florida and his MA in music history and literature from Florida Atlantic University. Before beginning his PhD studies, he spent five years serving Florida's public libraries, working in management and administration.
