This dissertation examines Our Refugee Stories Archive (ORSA) through the lens of archival community informatics (ACI). ORSA is an emergent community-based archival resource designed to offer refugees, many of whom have been victims of targeted memoricide, a radically hospitable space to both meet critical information needs and construct memory in relation to, and in excess of, the contours of their austere information environments.
