WIP Poster: A Phenomenological Study of the Higher-things Experience of Adults with Children's Picture Book Illustration

Through phenomenological methods, this research seeks to gain an understanding of the essential experience adults have with children's picture book illustration, with a focus on the positive and profound (a higher-things experience), when the illustration is removed from the format of the picture book and presented as fine art.
