About me
Melissa Gross is an F. William Summers Professor of Information in the School of Information at Florida State University and past president of the Association for Library and Information Science Education. She teaches and researches in the areas of information-seeking behavior, resources for youth; information literacy, and social services in public libraries. She has published extensively in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and has been the recipient of several research grants.
