About me
Dr. Karina Quilantan-Garza, or Dr. Q. as her students like to call her, is a state and nationally recognized school librarian based in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. A passionate advocate for library media, instructional technology, and bilingual literacy, she is dedicated to expanding the impact of school library programs beyond the classroom as an Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University.
