Dr. Agnes G. Pearcy is an Assistant Professor at the School of Library and Information Sciences (SLIS) at North Carolina Central University, where she currently serves as Interim Associate Dean. Her teaching and administrative leadership focus on library and information science education, information literacy, and online learning. Her research examines AI and algorithmic literacy, data-informed decision-making in educational and library contexts, and the evolving role of librarians as educators in technology-rich information environments.
