About me
Mayra Bonet earned her doctoral degree at the University of Noth Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill and has held academic appointments at multiple institutions. Over the years, her scholarly trajectory in discourse analysis has expanded to encompass broader inquiries into intercultural competence, as well as critical and feminist pedagogies. After completing a master’s degree in library science at UNC, she advanced her multidisciplinary research to examine educational frameworks to text analysis, health literacy and equity, ecofeminist studies, and the evolving discourse of artificial intelligence in academic libraries.
